Sweet cream caramel cold

Cream caramel dessert is one of the cold desserts that we love in the hot summer season. It is very delicious and its simple ingredients are available in every home, and the family will definitely love its taste.

Ingredients


    125 grams butter or margarine

    1 cup flour

    1 liter of milk

    ¾ cup sugar

    1 vanilla packet

    To prepare the caramel sauce:

    1 ½ cup of water

    1 tablespoon of starch

    ½ cup sugar

    To decorate:

    Nuts to taste


How to prepare


    Remove the butter in a deep saucepan, add the flour, and stir for two minutes until the butter is absorbed.

    Add the milk gradually while continuing to stir, then add the sugar and stir until the mixture boils and becomes thick.

    Turn off the heat, add vanilla, and stir until the ingredients are mixed, then pour the mixture into a Pyrex dish, brush the surface with spatiola and let it cool down aside.

    We mix a cup of water and starch well, then put the sugar in a bowl until it becomes caramelized, add half a cup of water and stir.

    Add the starch mixture and keep stirring until the mixture is brown and thick.

    Pour the caramel sauce in the pyrex and distribute it well, then decorate with the nuts and put the dish in the fridge for several hours until it becomes firm.

    Take the dessert out of the fridge so that it is ready to serve.
