Kebab Abu Shawareb

Kebab Abu Shawareb is a famous Iraqi recipe that combines two delicious dishes in one dish. It consists of Iraqi kebab with the most delicious seasoning with spaghetti pasta with red sauce, and it looks very delicious.

Ingredients


    Half a kilo of minced meat

    cup chopped parsley

    large onion, finely chopped

    two tablespoons of flour

    salt to taste

    pinch of red pepper

    Meat spices as desired

    spaghetti noodles

    Sauce Ingredients:

    3 tablespoons tomato paste

    3 cups of water

    chopped onion

    oil

    mashed garlic spoon

    Salt and black pepper


How to prepare


    In a bowl, put the meat, chopped onions, parsley, two tablespoons of flour, salt, red pepper and meat spices, then knead them together well.

    We bring spaghetti and form the meat in the form of kebabs on it, then half of it in the tray.

    After that we prepare the red sauce, fry the onions in oil, add garlic, salt and pepper and stir well until they wilt.

    Add tomato paste and water and bring to a boil, then add them over the kebabs to cover them.

    Cover the tray with tin foil and put it in the oven for half an hour until the kebabs are done.

    We take out the tray from the oven, so that the delicious Iraqi kebab with spaghetti is ready to be served.
