Ingredients
1 head cauliflower (flower)
1 egg
3 cups of liquid milk
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons of oil
salt to taste
pinch of black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How to prepare
Cut the cauliflower into small pieces.
Boil the cauliflower until the pieces are soft, then halve them and put them in a Pyrex dish.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, flour, oil, salt and pepper and beat the ingredients with a hand whisk until well combined.
Pour the mixture over the cauliflower and distribute it well.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, then put the cauliflower in it for half an hour.
