Zebra desserts with coconut

Zebra coconut desserts are layers of milk pudding and chocolate pudding covered with coconut. It is an easy, fast and delicious dessert suitable for Ramadan and all occasions and times.

Ingredients


    To prepare milk pudding:

    3 cups of milk

    ½ cup of sugar

    2 tablespoons flour

    1 ½ tablespoon of starch

    1 vanilla packet

    To prepare a chocolate pudding:

    3 cups of milk

    1 ½ tablespoon of starch

    2 tablespoons flour

    3 tablespoons of cocoa

    ½ cup of sugar

    To decorate:

    1 cup coconut

    2 tablespoons of chocolate cream

    Fresh mint leaves


How to prepare


    Put in a saucepan each of milk, sugar, flour and starch and stir the mixture on the stove until it boils and becomes thick, then add vanilla and stir and turn off the heat.

    In another saucepan, put the milk, starch, flour, cocoa and sugar and stir until the mixture boils and becomes thick.

    We leave both the milk mixture and the chocolate mixture until it cools a little so that the layers do not mix while pouring into the cups.

    In cups, put layers of milk and chocolate pudding, then put them in the fridge for about two hours.

    Turn it over on a serving plate or as it is and cover it with coconut and decorate it with mint leaves and chocolate cream so that it is ready to serve.
