How to prepare

Put the flour in a bowl and add the salt and water gradually while continuing to knead until we get a soft, non-sticky dough.

Cover the dough and let it rest for about half an hour at room temperature.

We form equal balls from the dough and then extend it until it is round and fluffy.

We protect a non-stick frying pan, then put the dough and cook the bread over a low heat, turning the bread until it's cooked on both sides and covering it so that it does not dry out.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, parsley and garlic and stir well.

In a deep saucepan, put the butter and tomato paste and stir well until the butter is absorbed, then add hot water and stir well until it boils for about five minutes and turn off the heat.

Cut the potatoes and fry them until golden, then drain and set aside.

Cut the chicken into thin slices, then put in a bowl each of garlic, tomato paste, yogurt and oil, stir, add the marinade to the chicken, and stir.

Put two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the marinated chicken slices, then add the rest of the oil and stir until it becomes colored, then add a spoonful of the sauce and stir.

Put oil in a bowl, add red pepper and stir, then brush the loaves of bread with the mixture and put them on a griddle or in the skillet and turn them over.

We start preparing the sandwich, then distribute on the bread potatoes, pickles, cabbage, tomatoes, parsley, mayonnaise, chicken and sauce, and roll it so that it is ready to be served.
