    5 boiled potatoes

    2 tablespoons orange blossom water

    1 ¼ cup fine semolina

    2 tablespoons butter or ghee

How to prepare


    Boil the potatoes, then put them in a bowl and mash them well, add butter or ghee and mash them together.

    Add sugar and stir well with potatoes, then add semolina and knead the ingredients well.

    Add the blossom water and stir, then add the yogurt and baking powder, knead well, then cover it and let it rest for half an hour.

    Grease a tray with tahini, add the dough, extend it and flatten its surface, then cut it to taste.

    We put the tray in the oven at a temperature of 180 for about 20-25 minutes, then turn on the oven grill until it becomes golden from the top.

    Take it out of the oven and water it with dripping, let it cool down completely, and then it is ready to be served.
