Ingredients for shrimp soup:


2 tablespoons butter

1/2 kilo peeled shrimp

Salt and black pepper as needed

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 onion, chopped

1 sweet red pepper, diced

1 tablespoon of grated ginger

Lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander


Steps to make shrimp soup:


1- Put the butter in a suitable saucepan, then add the shrimp and stir until it turns pink, and add salt and black pepper as you need.


2- Add the onion, garlic and red pepper to the mixture and stir for 3 minutes, then add the ginger and stir the entire mixture for a minute.


3- Put four cups of water on the mixture, and leave it until the shrimp are soft, add the coriander, and you are finished preparing the shrimp soup.


Note: You can add 1 cup of mature rice to the mixture, and 2 cups of mixed vegetables to your liking.


Shrimp soup is served hot, and lemon juice is added to it if you like.
