Ingredients
To prepare the salad:
4 boiled potatoes

To prepare the marinade:

1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons of vinegar
¼ cup of water
To decorate:
Boiled egg yolk
Green dill
How to prepare
Finely chop the onion, add a pinch of salt, sugar dressing, vinegar and water, stir, then grate the potatoes, carrots, cheese, egg white and yolk.
Drain the tuna from the oil, spread it out with a fork and set it aside.
We start by placing the layers in a circular mold on the serving plate, then we put the potato sprinkle, spread it and squeeze a little, then a pinch of salt and pepper, then mayonnaise.
