Spinach quiche is a new dish on the Arab table, and it is a recipe made of a dough that resembles a tart dough stuffed with a mixture of spinach, mushrooms, onions, spices, sumac, milk and cheese, and it can be adopted as a distinctive recipe from spinach recipes.

How to make quiche with spinach, mushrooms and cheese


We heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius


We start preparing the dough, put the dough ingredients in a food processor and knead it


We let the dough rest for half an hour and in the meantime we prepare the filling


Chop the spinach


In a saucepan, put a spoonful of vegetable oil and fry it with the chopped sauce and mashed garlic, then add the spinach and mushrooms and add the spices and sumac


We let the filling cool completely


Beat the egg with the cup of milk and mix with the advice cheese, then add the mixture to the spinach filling and stir until the ingredients are mixed


We roll out the dough in a special tart mold, then put the filling on top of the dough
