How to prepare
In a food processor, place onions, colored bell peppers, and garlic, turn them on, and chop the vegetables.
Put the mixture over the minced meat, then add the parsley, coriander, flour, cumin, black pepper and salt and knead the ingredients with our hands.
We put the kebab dough in the fridge for about an hour until the flavors are mixed.
In the food processor, put tomatoes, chili peppers, garlic, green coriander and salt and turn them on so that the sauce is ready.
We form meat dough balls, then heat the oil in a frying pan and fry them until soft and crunchy.
