How to make Bodrum kebab

Ingredients


    Kilo potatoes

    Vegetable oil for frying

    5 tablespoons yogurt

    Mashed garlic to taste

    ½ cup of hot water

    To prepare the butter sauce:

    To prepare the red sauce:

    3 tablespoons oil

    2 grated tomatoes

    1 teaspoon tomato paste

    1 teaspoon salt

    1 teaspoon red pepper

    To prepare the marinade:

    ½ kilo steak, cut lengthwise

    4 tablespoons oil

    1 teaspoon dried thyme

    1 teaspoon red pepper

    1 tablespoon grated onion

    ½ teaspoon black pepper

    1 tablespoon yogurt

    Salt to taste


How to prepare


    In a bowl, place the yogurt, grated onion, red and black pepper and dried thyme and stir the ingredients until well combined.

    Add vegetable oil and stir until the ingredients of the marinade are completely mixed, then put the meat in it and stir until all the pieces of meat are mixed with the marinade.

    We leave the marinade for about two hours so that it absorbs all the flavors.

    Put the meat in a non-stick frying pan with hot water and leave it until soft, stirring occasionally.

    Cut the potatoes into small fingers or grate them lengthwise, then salt them, put them in protective oil, and fry until golden and crunchy, drain and set aside.

    After the meat is cooked, put salt to taste and stir.

    Put in a bowl of yogurt, add crushed garlic to taste, and stir without adding water.

    We put the fried potatoes in the serving dish, then put a layer of garlic yogurt, then put the meat.

    Prepare the red sauce and put the oil in a frying pan with the grated tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and red pepper and stir until the sauce thickens.

    Melt the butter with a little oil and heat it up, then add the red pepper flakes and stir for a minute.

    Put the red sauce and butter sauce over the meat, so that the dish is ready to be served.
