Chicken curry

Chicken curry is one of the easy foods that can be prepared as a quick lunch or dinner, as it is marinated chicken cooked with cream, curry and other delicious spices and served.

Ingredients


    1 shredded chicken breast

    ⅓ cup of cooking cream

    3 tablespoons of olive oil

    1 teaspoon red pepper

    1 teaspoon dried thyme

    ½ teaspoon black pepper

    1 teaspoon curry

    1 teaspoon salt

    1 tablespoon grated cheese (parmesan or mozzarella)

    6 small onions


How to prepare


    We put the chicken in a bowl, add olive oil, red and black pepper and thyme, stir the ingredients well, cover with nylon, and leave them for two hours in the fridge.

    We put the chicken in a non-stick frying pan and stir for a few minutes.

    Add onions and stir until wilted, then add cream, salt, curry and cheese sprinkle and stir well for a few minutes.

    Put the chicken curry in a serving dish and then it is ready.
