Ingredients

Flour: 2 cups

Sugar: 12 cup (ground)

Baking powder: Half a teaspoon

Butter: 100 grams

Eggs: 1 piece (large and scrambled)

Powdered sugar: 2 tablespoons (for garnish)

Jam: as desired (for garnishing)


How to prepare

Add flour, powdered sugar, baking powder and butter to the electric kneader and start mixing.

While mixing the previous ingredients, add the whisked egg and continue mixing until you have a coherent dough.

Start by wrapping the dough in the packing bag and entering the refrigerator for an hour and a half.
